Garman Built is a family-run general contractor based in Marion, Iowa, serving the greater Cedar Rapids and Iowa City area. For about fifteen years, custom work has been our focus: homes, commercial buildings, and larger remodels.
What we care about most is the quality of the finished product. We hold every project to local building codes and beyond, and we put high-end materials to work to get the best result your budget will allow. It’s an approach that’s earned us multiple Parade of Homes awards along the way.

From there, you work directly with an owner, by phone, email, or in person. We keep you posted on exactly where your project stands, so you’re never passed between managers or left guessing about cost.
